The Member Coaching CRM is located under Manage Members then Member Search.
Once you have located the member you are searching for, and have clicked the Pencil Icon, the Coaching CRM Tab will appear on that Member‘s record. On that tab you are able to see the questions and answers provided by that Member along with their success scan data results.
It is on the Member Coaching CRM Tab where you have the ability to assign your staff by Roles to the service of the specific Member. If you have created User login roles for your staff, such as; Coach, Funding Processor, Finance Agent, or Referral Agent they will be available for selection here.
The Member Coaching CRM has other features, such as the ability to log your notes about the specific Member, a Login As This User button that logs you into their Success System making screen shares easy, and an area where you can send system response or custom emails that are then tracked to the specific Member.
The remainder of the Member Coaching CRM tracks the selections made by the specific Member for completing lender compliance items, business credit status, funding program pre-qualifications, submitted applications, and the selection of business credit building credit providers.
The Member Coaching CRM is not designed to be a full-service CRM such as Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot, or many others. For those more extensive applications you can use the API features located under Manage Account then App API Connections where you will want to enable the Auto Push Records function to have all new success scan prospect data auto sent to whatever third party CRM you have elected to use.
